We are all in this together and it is our mission to ensure our customers, their families or employees and our staff stay safe during any relocation process. That is why we have developed safety measures based on the British Association of Removers guidelines which are sent to every customer prior to their move. This will assist in the removal preparation and keeping everyone safe.
Our safety measures include PPE, social distancing, ensuring good ventilation in all buildings, vehicle cleaning after every usage and risk assessments.
We also call each customer the day before the move to ensure all persons present on the moving day are Covid free and have no symptoms.
We are very confident that with your help and support, we can provide our usual excellent service while caring for everyone.
